  • As soon as someone joins us, every expert on the team gives them a series of training sessions based on each expertise.

We are currently offering :

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Traffic Manager (SEO/SEA) to join our team and work directly with our customers.

You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns (SEA, Social Ads, SEO), monitoring performance and customer relations. You will also be responsible for managementmentoring junior profiles and ensuring the smooth running of the setting up and monitoring internal processes.

Your missions

1. Digital campaign management and optimization

  • Campaign management Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and other acquisition levers.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Implement advanced tracking and web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Monitor and improve SEO performance in collaboration with the team.
  • Performing technical analyses, SQR (Search Query Report) and SEO optimizations.
  • Optimizing files Google Business Profile (GMB) to enhance local visibility.

2. Customer relations and onboarding

  • Ensuring direct interaction with customersunderstand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Accompany new customers during onboarding (setting up campaigns, initial follow-up).
  • Presenting digital strategies and reporting with a data-driven approach.
  • Be a trusted contact for customers and ensure regular performance monitoring.
  • Occasional travel in the Paris region for customer meetings.

3. Management and project management

  • Support and guidance junior profilesto review and improve their deliverables.
  • Set up and check the monitoring internal processes.
  • Monitor the development of junior profiles and suggest HR points for their development.
  • Manage prioritization and delegation of technical tasks.
  • Automate and optimize processes for greater efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of new trends in digital acquisition.

4. Strategic reporting and analysis

  • Create and present dashboards and performance analysis to customers.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on KPI analysis.
  • Monitor trends and propose regular strategic adjustments.

Profile required

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience agency or digital consulting firm.
  • Advanced control of SEA campaigns (Google Ads), Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Skills in SEO and acquisition strategy appreciated.
  • Good understanding of analysis and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers independently.
  • Experience in digital project management and optimization of advertising budgets.
  • Experience in management : coaching juniors, proofreading deliverables, setting up processes.
  • Analytical, rigorous and able to make strategic decisions.
  • Good level ofEnglish

Soft skills

  • Ability to work independently and in full remote mode.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Proposal force to improve digital strategies and performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize tasks effectively.
